Orders are shipped Monday to Friday within 1-2 business days. Times are subject to change during promotions and holidays. 

Please note: due to an influx of orders at the moment, processing can take 3-5 business days. Processing time is not included in shipping estimates.

You will be assigned a tracking number which you can use to track your package on the USPS or Canada Post website. Times may vary due to customs and border delays. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery to slow-to-ship regions.

Shipping FAQ

Duties + Taxes

Canada + USA

North American orders will not incur any additional duties, taxes or fees.

International Orders

International orders are subject to duties and/or taxes imposed by the destination country. This is the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for packages being held at customs for whatever reason and it is the customer's responsibility to contact customs to resolve the issue.

Return to Sender + Refused Orders

There are a number of reasons a package will be marked as Return to Sender including - the recipient refused the parcel when a delivery attempt was made, incorrect and/or missing information on shipping address, the recipient does not live at the shipping address

Orders that have been Refused and/or Returned to Sender at delivery will be issued a refund on your original form of payment for your total order value less initial + return shipping fees.

Please note, shipping fees paid at checkout already have a portion covered by us. If a package is rejected and returned to us you will be charged the full shipping amount (not just the portion shown at checkout) this includes orders that meet our free shipping threshold.

Please allow our customer support team 2-3 weeks for processing these requests.

Signature Delivery

All orders over $100.00 will be processed with a signature on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a notice will be left by the shipping carrier indicating where the parcel is available for pickup.
Once a delivery attempt has been made and a notice has been left with the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to pick up the parcel. If the parcel has not been picked up within 15 business days, it will automatically be marked as refused and the parcel will be returned to sender.

Orders that have been Returned to Sender will be issued a refund on your original form of payment for your total order value less initial + return shipping fees.
