North America (Canada & USA): Receive free expedited shipping for orders over $50.
International: Receive free standard shipping for orders over $100.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will typically arrive within 5-7 business days with standard shipping. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available during the checkout process.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, simply look for the tracking number that we send you via email after your order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package on the carrier's website.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
To know if your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking information once your order is on its way.
What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is lost or delayed, please reach out to our customer service team at ciao@artestilebeauty.com with your order number. We are here to assist you in locating your package or arranging for a replacement if needed.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order after it’s been placed if it hasn’t been processed yet. To request modifications or cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

We accept a variety of payment methods to ensure a smooth checkout experience. You can use major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods. Simply select your preferred option during the checkout process.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your order, we offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be purchased through the ArteStile online store, returned in new condition and in their original packaging.
Once we receive your return, we’ll contact you to initiate the refund process. Your reimbursement (excluding shipping costs) will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Will I receive a full refund for my return?
While we do not refund the original shipping costs, we are happy to assist with the return or exchange of your product.
Who covers the cost of return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item arrives safely back to us. ArteStile is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments and we cannot issue a refund if your item is lost in transit.
What should I do if I received a damaged item?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at ciao@artestilebeauty.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Be sure to include a photo of the damaged item, along with your name and order number, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund. Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, tension, and tip/blade length are normal and do not qualify as damage. Each tool is unique, reflecting our artisanal craftsmanship.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The credited amount will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partnerships & Collabs
How does the commission structure work?
Our Commission structure starts at 10% of sales each time your visitors complete a purchase at artestilebeauty.com using your exclusive Partner link and/or discount code. Commission is paid every 30 days via PayPal or e-money transfer. Commission can be negotiated once performance has been evaluated.
What type of partnership content do you look for?
Once you sign up for our Partnership Program you will have a dedicated account manager who will walk you through the process and the types of content we are looking for. Social media content of any sort — Instagram posts, Stories, Reels, TikToks, showcasing the tools in your services is perfect and exactly what we are looking for.
What type of products will we receive?
You will receive a PR box biannually which contains an assortment of our products so you will always have new tools on hand. Each box will feature a different selection of tools including new releases.
How can I measure my marketing performance?
When you sign up for our Partnership program you will have access to our Partnership dashboard with real time information on analytics, orders and payments.
Can my team join the partner program?
Yes of course! If someone on your team is interested in joining the program reach out to us and we will review their account.
We also offer discount pricing for our tools for all our Partners so if you'd like to order tools for your salon services please ask us for more details!
How can I refer a friend to the program?
If you know someone you think would be perfect for the program please let us know and we can review their account. If they are accepted, you’ll receive $20.00 for each referral, sent after they are activated.
Please note at this time we are only accepting Partners within Canada. If you wish to refer someone in the USA or Internationally we will add them to the waiting list until we launch in additional countries.
